737 E Scenic Dr
     Built during the1870s
The two-story, frame, single-pile, vernacular cottage is distinguished by a double-tiered inset gallery under a gable roof.  The home originally had chimneys on east and north elevations.  This two-story cottage form is unusual, and is sometimes described as slave-quarters being part of the out-buildings of a complex of structures.
Some prior owners or tenants  included
A.V. Davis, (Minister?) of the Presbyterian Church; J.J. Hayden; Sherman Pardue.
